One of the best ways to troubleshoot process or communication issues in your business is to be able to look at them on a macro level.
This involves slowing waaaay down and zooming waaaay in. When you do that and take things frame-by-frame you’ll see things you would have missed before and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.
